Privacy statement
Who we are
SAUNACO, Dijkstraat 7, 3950 Bocholt, Belgium. Contact for privacy questions: peter.vanwinkel@saunaco.com.
What we collect and why
When you request a slot at our stand we store your name, company, email address, role, day and time preference, and whether you still need a fair access code. We use this only to plan the appointment and to contact you about Design Nation Kortrijk (15–16 October 2026).
Legal basis and retention
We process your data based on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. Requests are deleted at the latest twelve months after the fair, unless you become a customer and we need the data for the project.
Sharing
Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing peter.vanwinkel@saunaco.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
